How does it work?
3 great ways you and your patrons will benefit from Web-Print Library:
Smartphone & Tablet Printing
With Web-Print Library users can print from their smartphones or tablets using our mobile print application.
Search for a print location using a number of criteria including keyword, city or organization name, or by simply using the discovery feature. The discovery feature allows users to automatically find the nearest available printer.
Web-Print Library provides a branded web printing page that can be easily accessed with any web browser. Patrons surf your Web-Print URL to submit their documents for printing. Optionally, the user is prompted to enter a numeric or alphabetical code that will be used to privately release the print jobs at the printer.
Universal Print Driver (Optional)
Users with advanced printing requirements can download and install a single print driver that works with all of your Web-Print configured printers.
Public Access Website
TBS hosts a directory of printers and their locations throughout the world. Hospitality, Wi-Fi hotspots, and service-based businesses list their printers in this directory in order to enable secure and controlled access.
